Oct 26: We’re delighted to announce that Unionen are hosting the upcoming WBM. With over 650 000 members, Unionen is the largest union in Sweden and the largest white-collar union in the world. For this particular morning, they have chosen to invite Fryshuset and Oatly up on stage to talk about Culture & Content from their perspectives.
Fryshuset is one of the largest children’s and youth’s organizations in Europe. Their expertise lies in youth culture, work, entrepreneurship, role modelling and creating belief in the future. Under the slogan “Unga gör, vuxna möjliggör” (loosely translated to “The young does, grownups enable”), they try to make it so that young people can change the world through their passions. Johnny Eriksson, Regional Director, and Sigrun Sigurdsson, COO, are going to tell us about the short- and long-term effects of their work.
Oatly, on the other hand, are coming from a somewhat different sector. In recent years, they have gone from being a food manufacturer to being a lifestyle company. Björn Lindén, AD, and Sara Hansson, Social Media Manager, are going to talk about how the brand and its messages have been shaped by various platforms throughout the years, as well as exploring how a brand can create a sense of belonging by being transparent and taking the customer relations a bit further than expected.
