What? Book one of our meeting rooms and use our wide angle conference camera for free. Works great for board meetings, project meetings and workshops when you have participants in different parts of the country or world. With the camera’s wide angle lens you can easily see everyone in the room.

Suited for: Semi virtual board meetings, work meetings, project meetings etc (maximum 10 participants on site)

Price range: 2800 SEK – 15 000 SEK (excl VAT)

What? Host a webinar with professional equipment in one of Media Evolution City’s meeting rooms! 

In this deal you will get access to a professional setting with great sound and recording equipment. You will also have a personal technical moderator who will help you out with your virtual meeting. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to record your meeting or/and livestream it.

Suited for: Online seminars, round table conversations and workshops (maximum 20 participants on site, 500 online)

Price from: Half day 22 000 SEK/ Entire day 32 000 SEK (excl. VAT)
