Price:
Half day: 3,850 SEK (8.00-12.00, 13.00-17.00, 18.00-22.00) + vat
Full day: 5,500 SEK (8.00-17.00) + vat
Full day + evening: 6,875 SEK (08.00-22.00) + vat
Media Evolution City tenants receive 40% discount. Members of Media Evolution, 25% discount.
There may be an extra service charge (for staff, etc) at weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
50% of the rental cost will be charged if cancelled 2 weeks prior to the first day of the conference. 100% of the rental cost will be charged in case of cancellation within 1 week prior to the first day of the conference.
